အားလံုးသိတဲ့အတိုင္းပဲ မ်က္စိသည္ ကြ်ႏု္ပ္တို႔အတြက္ အေရးပါပါတယ္။ ကြ်ႏု္ပ္တုိ႔ စိတ္ခံစားခ်က္မ်ား အေတြးမ်ားကို ျပီးျပည့္စံုေအာင္ ေဖာ္ျပႏုိင္ေသာ အရာလည္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ မ်က္စိအတြက္ ခြန္အားျဖစ္ေစေသာဓါတ္သတၱဳမ်ားမွာ အိုမီဂါ ၃၊ ဇင့္၊ lutein ဓါတ္၊ ဗီတာမင္ စီ ႏွင့္ ဗီတာမင္ အီး တို႔ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

9 Ways To Improve Eyesight And Keep Good Eye Health

Eyes are one of the most crucial channels that we use to gather information and interpret what is happening around us. Besides, eyes can be an utterly powerful tool to express our feelings and thoughts, and they are often way stronger than spoken words. Despite its importance in our life, we usually do not treat them with enough care and attention.

Below there are few methods that can help us maintain our eye health and improve our vision.

A well-balanced diet leads to good eye health. Nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, lutein, vitamins C and E are vitally good for eyesight.

1.GET ADEQUATE SLEEP

Good vision is directly associated with adequate rest and quality sleep. A regular non-interrupted sleep of 7-8 hours is required for healthy eyes

2.TAKE EYE EXERCISES
These 16 basic well-known exercises are recommended for our eye workout. Do them each day in the order indicated.

3.DO EYE MASSAGE
Give our eyes a massage with the help of gentle circular motions. Move through points 1 to 6 as shown in the image below.

4.AVOID DIRECT SUNLIGHT
Always wear sunglasses while out and about in bright sun light. Sunglasses help us protect our eyes from the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays, which can cause cataract formation and macular degeneration.

5.DO NOT OVERSTRAIN OUR EYES
We should avoid overusing our eyes. After working for too long on a computer, tablet or mobile phone, we should try to rest our eyes by taking a 2-3 minute break from the screen every 45 minutes and try to look at something with color green. Besides, also try frequent blinks as they help to wet our eyes and avoid irritation.

6.CLEAN OUR EYES
Our eyes should always be clean and hygienic. The best way to clean our eyes is to clean them with fresh water. If our eyes feel exhausted, wash them with warm water.

7.USE SAFETY EYEWEAR
Always remember to keep our eyes away from chemicals or any harmful substances. If we happen to use hazardous or airborne materials, wearing safety glasses or protective goggles is a must.

8.HAVE REGULAR EYE TESTS
Everyone needs a regular eye exam regardless of their age. It is recommended that we should have our eyes checked once in every two years. A properly scheduled eye test can identify any early indications of eye diseases, which enables us to treat them on time.
